''Hi Ken & Staff I\'ve been remiss in not thanking you earlier for a larger size Eternity Ring you made up for my wife. It was a big hit and my girl was very, very happy. Of course seeing that you had to make the ring up to fit a middle finger my wife decided that it would in fact look better on her ring finger - so we had to get it reduced. Not your fault. ''Hi Ken- Speaking with you yesterday made the purchase all the more special, for now I’ll have a great story to tell when I give it. Sorry to have delayed your departure for home, but when I couldn’t figure out how to eliminate the unwanted items from the order, I tried closing out of your website thinking that would do the trick only to find that when I opened it again, there they all were………….clever website you have! That’s what necessitated the call, which for me was delightful. The timing of the arrival should work out fine. I actually don’t need the cross in my possession until the 24th April, so I think we should be in good shape. Thanks again for your time and patience in walking me through the steps on the computer. ''Dear Ken, Fed Ex have delivered my ring just a half hour ago, and I am absolutely delighted with it. You are right, it really is BEAUTIFUL!!! It certainly was worth the wait, to receive a ring so perfect. I must admit that I was feeling quite nervous, partly about the quality, but mostly in regard to the fit. I had been to several jewellers to get an idea of the correct size, and came away more confused. But I am so happy to tell you that the fit is perfect! I saw a ring of the same design, in a jewellery shop here, and was tempted to buy it, even though it was only 9 carat gold. I am soooo glad I didn\'t, as the quality of this one is amazing, and puts the local one to shame. I must add another little note, quite unrelated to my purchase of the ring. Our metropolitan newspaper here, The Herald Sun, does a daily column where people share snippets, often of things that have amused them. I hope you don\'t mind that I was amused by your address. I could picture a gentleman walking to his fate, with great trepidation, down Bachelor\'s Walk, to buy a diamond ring for his fiancee. The newspaper did print my little anecdote!!
