Hi Ken, The ring arrived today. Looks much better than it did on the website by the way. My wife is absolutely delighted with it and the fit is perfect. I can't believe you got it to us so quickly. I've had birthday cards to neighbours take longer to get there. I just want to say that the standard of service from you and your team was excellent through all the hickups last week with the ordering. It is the reason that I was happy to wait till the issues were resolved and also the reason that I will shop with you again and recommend you to friends. I don't normally comment on these things but then this level of customer support is not the norm. Great to see an Irish company so customer focused. Thanks John

Hi Ken: I received an e-mail from Fed EX yesterday and have excitedly followed the delivery schedule from the 20th in Dublin, to Tennessee, Oakland and to our house today at 9 a.m. The ring is so precious. Thank you for understanding my devastation at losing my original claddagh purchased in Ireland 5 years ago. YOur customer service surpasses excellent. The ring is beautiful. Hi Ken & Staff I\'ve been remiss in not thanking you earlier for a larger size Eternity Ring you made up for my wife. It was a big hit and my girl was very, very happy. Of course seeing that you had to make the ring up to fit a middle finger my wife decided that it would in fact look better on her ring finger - so we had to get it reduced. Not your fault.
